I am a new subscriber to the identity product, but have been a happy long time Total Security subscriber. I have had multiple problems connecting to the identity component and very little success from Identity Force Security support team. In fact, if it wasn't for Flexx's responses on this forum, I'd be out in the cold. Surprisingly, yesterday morning I was finally able to access and edit my personal information after multiple days (with no notification from Identity Force support).
This morning, I logged into Central and I cannot access any portion of the Identity Theft (TransUnion product). Has anyone else experienced these many problems with with this product? I am disappointed with the support with this product to the extent I may stay with my current provider
