Can't activate 5th license

Hi. I have an active five license Total Security sub.

I am trying to add a fifth PC but it's saying I'm over my license count and need to add more. As you can see from the screenshot below, I only have four active, and it's not allowing me to add the fifth:

I opened a ticket with support but also wanted to see if anyone here had a suggestion. I tried removing and re-adding the device, but it didn't help.

Hello.

First, remove the WIN11 (AT RISK) device from the device list, by following these steps:

Next, uninstall the Bitdefender program from the WIN11 (AT RISK) device, using the Uninstall Tool:

It will completely remove the program.

Finally, reinstall Bitdefender from your Bitdefender Central account, by following these steps:

I ran through the process you suggested and it was only prompting me to install the items in the screenshot below, not Total Security for Windows.

But I saw that message about it being installed on 1 device. I had it on an IOS device several months ago, but it's been long since removed:

So I went to the 'My Subscription' tab and in the devices there it showed a 'removed device.' I removed that removed device and it opened up a license. I was able to add the license to the Win11 machine.
