Missed Enable System Extension Warning for parental control and it won't come back.

I'm trying to install the parental control app on Mac OS Sequoia 15.6.1. Unfortunately, I've missed the warning for enabling the network extension on install and clicked OK by accident. Now I can't seem to enable it in network extentions (in fact, it doesn't even appear). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the warning does NOT come back at all. Is there a way of resetting the warning so it comes back or manually enabling the extension by terminal command? Hope you guys have some ideas. Thanks heaps!

Ah.. never mind. I figured it out. You have to assign a device in central before it triggers the system extension again. Once I did that, the notification to add the extension would appear allowing me to add it.
