I have used SafePay with Vanguard for years. Beginning last week, I get the following after putting in my Vanguard username and password:
You can’t log in using a ******
For your security, we stop any logins that act like bots. Stop running your ****** before trying again.
Try again
I can get in using Edge but greatly prefer another layer.
I have disabled VPN, cleared cache and cookies, and done other things recommended online. I called Vanguard and they opened a ticket. I called Bitdefender and they took down my issue and said they would get back to me. So far nothing from either.
It appears more financial sites are having issues with Bitdefender based on this forum.
Any way to get around this issue?
