I'm afraid I don't really understand what is requested here.. What exactly is "identification code" and what "subscription/details menu item" are you referring to?

Hello! In the Bitdefender central, the subscription menu has two submenus: subscriptions and my payments. When I click on my payments, the central sends a code to my email address to verify my authorization, which I have to enter on the interface, after which it would allow me to continue viewing it. But no code is sent.

What are you trying to do, exactly? If you wish to track your orders or manage your subscription preferences, in the event you purchased the Bitdefender product from the official website, you can also do this by accessing your 2Checkout account here.
I think the code may not arrive for many reasons. A typo in the email address can cause the code to be sent elsewhere, or the email may have landed in the spam/junk folder instead of the inbox. Or even network congestion or slow relays between mail servers may also delay the email. Also, some services block certain domains. Furthermore, if you requested too many verification codes in a short period, the system may temporarily stop sending to prevent abuse. And there are other possible reasons, so I think the best approach here is to contact Bitdefender Support, if the issue persists and you are unable to access your 2Checkout account either.
