Why does Bitdefender not recognize my username and/or password even though I registered successfully

Keeps telling me in red, "Wrong password"

I have tried adding Bitdefender add-on extensions to Chrome, MS Edge and my FireFox browsers. None are working.

Could you clarify which Bitdefender account password you’re referring to (Bitdefender Central account or Bitdefender Community Forum account) and which web browser extension you’re referring to (Bitdefender SecurePass or Bitdefender Password Manager)?
