Would like to ask how to back-up the PC hard drives using Bitdefender please?
(I haven't found anything on the www that explains the process)
Just to clarify, Bitdefender products do not currently include a feature for backing up the entire PC or creating a full hard drive image. While Bitdefender offers excellent protection features such as antimalware, anti-ransomware, and file-level protection, it does not support full system backups (i.e. cloning your entire operating system, applications, settings, and files in one go).
If you're looking to create a complete backup of your hard drive — including your Windows installation, software, personal files, and system settings — you'll need to use third-party backup software designed specifically for that purpose.
