I have a subscription to the UK Ordnance Survey mapping paid-for website. This is an excellent site which allows users to access any part of Great Britain (but not Northern Ireland) at 1:25000 or 1:50000 scale for about £25/year. The maps are first-rate, as many will know. On my Windows 10 pc and Windows 11 lap top I now find that I can no longer view the maps without using either Incognito mode (Chrome) or InPrivate (Edge). This happened about 2-3 months ago. Clearing the cache makes no difference. I also find that some of the functionality within my banking pages now fails to work. I can get onto the bank website and conduct my normal day-to-day business but functions such as opening a new savings account from within a page simply no longer work. The bank denies responsibility and I am inclined to believe them. Using Incognito or InPrivate is of no use here. Instead, I have to use an Android app on my phone. I have tried numerous solutions including disabling extensions for the affected sites in Chrome but to no avail. I suspect BD may be responsible but have no hard evidence. Any ideas?
