I opened the following tickets three days ago regarding unauthorized charges made to my credit card account, but I have not yet received any response:

- Ticket number: 1010544804
I would like to kindly ask for an update on the status of my refund request and the progress of these tickets. Please conf
- The current status of both tickets.
- When I can expect the refund of the amounts that were withdrawn without my authorization.
- Any further steps required from my side.
It is important for me to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I never authorized these transactions and I am not using your program.
