ISO blocked by Smart App Control - how to get BD to let it play

Hi. I have Bitdefender free on a Windows 11 PC. I previously created ISO files on a Windows 10 PC so that I could play photo DVDs directly from hard disk. On new PC Smart App Control blocks such files and BD (according to co-pilot and and help pages) clashes with Smart App Control so I can't change SAC. I can't seem to add a file exception in BD either.

I'd appreciate any help/guidance.

2) Set exclusions in Bitdefender Antivirus: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13427/

3) Set exclusions in Bitdefender Advanced Threat Defense: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2393/

4) Re-enable real-time protection in Bitdefender.
