Need to deactivate kill switch

i use windows 11 on a surface laptop. BitDef VPN connects for 5 to 10 seconds and then disconnects. I used different locations and still deactivated.deactivate. someone suggested to deactivate the kill switch but I cannot access the kill switch. How can access the kill switch? Is deactivating the kill switch the real solution?

Hello,

The Kill-Switch stops all Internet traffic if the VPN connection is briefly lost. Thus I don't think this is the solution.
On what OS are you experiencing this? Is it on Windows, or Android, etc.? Are there any other VPN apps installed on that device? Have you also tried to reinstall the VPN app? There are other questions, but let's clarify these one at a time.
