Unrecognized addresses in Google

I recently looked at my Google account personal info tab, and in the personal info addresses I saw that I have home and work addresses set to locations (using coordinates) that I have never lived in or worked but are in the same city that I used to live in a while ago. 

I'm sure I haven't personally set up these addresses in the Google account.

Otherwise, activity and connected devices look normal.

Should I be concerned?

The thing is, Google sometimes auto-detects home and work based on your location history, frequent routes, or saved places in Google Maps. If you previously lived in the same city, Google may have inferred these coordinates from past device locations or travel patterns even if you never manually set them. Also, if you’ve linked your account with apps such as maps, calendar, Android auto, or Gmail smart suggestions, they might sync or autofill address data automatically.
Another thing to keep in mind here — sometimes, data from an old phone backup or a secondary device may re-populate location information when you re-enable location services or restore settings.

If you ask me, I think there's nothing unusual here, or any reason of concern, really.
