Can not login to Secure pass using my Bitdefender account, and am stuck in sign in to Bitdefender loop. ? Suggestions

I’ve seen this “sign-in loop” before when trying to log into Bitdefender Password Manager (SecurePass). Here are a few steps that helped me — hope one of them works for you:
🔁 Clear the loop:
Try logging out of all Bitdefender-related sessions (web dashboard, Central, etc.), then clear browser cookies/cache, and try again.
🌐 Use a different browser or incognito mode:
Sometimes login tokens get stuck — incognito/private mode can bypass this.
🔄 Reinstall SecurePass extension or app:
If you’re using the browser extension, remove and reinstall it. If it’s the mobile app, uninstall/reinstall from the official store.
🔑 Check 2FA or linked accounts:
Make sure your Bitdefender Central account doesn’t have login issues — try signing in at central.bitdefender.com directly to confirm all is OK.
⚙️ OS or extension updates:
Make sure your browser and the SecurePass extension are both updated to the latest versions.
If none of that helps, Bitdefender support can reset the session loop manually. It happened to me once and they resolved it within 24 hours.
