Hi Bitdefender Community,
I'm getting a strange big-number error on my Windows 11 PC while running a full scan in Bitdefender Total Security (version 28.0.1.2). It displays Error # 8033699576 with a message like "Scan interrupted due to unknown error."
Details:
- OS: Windows 11 Pro
- Product: Bitdefender Total Security
- Version: 28.0.1.2
- When: During full system scan (fails after ~20 mins)
- Hardware: HP Pavilion, 32GB RAM, 500GB free space
What I've tried:
- Restarted PC and Bitdefender.
- Ran Live Update for definitions.
- Disabled Windows Defender temporarily.
- Used Bitdefender Rescue Environment.
- Checked for OS updates (all applied).
No luck finding this code in docs. Anyone seen Error 8033699576 or a similar huge error? Fixes or tips?
