For some reason all the emails I get from bitdefender is in french. I have selected english both on the app and in the broswer.
As I don't speak french I have no idea what the emails say, nor do I understand why this problem started.

Kindly contact Bitdefender Support and ask them to check the language of the commercial communications. If changing the language in the UI doesn't make a difference, they should be able to help. You can get in touch with them using the link below:

State your contact reason / choose request category, then select from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.

Yes, I assume "both in the app and in browser" also means Central, but good point here @Gjoksi. The language should be changed there as well. The settings in-product refer only to the Bitdefender software itself, while in Central you can also select your preference for all commercial communications. If you updated both and still receive emails in French, then the problem is elsewhere.
