I received an Email alert overnight about a Ident Protect Score decrease of 35 points that called me to action. But when I clicked on the "Improve my score" link in the email, my dashboard did not reflect any change in score. I refreshed my browser, logged out and back in, score unchanged.
Which is true, the email or the dashboard, and why the significant disparity?
