Hello. Safepay appears to not connect to the VPN even when it is enabled.
It also does not activate the VPN (with the relevant option enabled).
The problem reappears after the latest updates.

Thanks for bringing this up — I’ve noticed a similar issue recently and it definitely seems like something introduced in the latest updates.
A few quick things worth trying while we wait for a fix:
If the issue persists, it may be worth submitting diagnostic logs through the support tool so they can escalate it to the developers.

First, all three Safepay options are enabled.
As for the second part, the fact that VPN is activated before Safepay starts is my main concern regarding the security of my data. (The option to automatically activate VPN when Windows starts up is enabled on my computer — if the same applies to what you are referring to)
I would like to believe that this is an acceptable solution to the issue of data security and that the indication of disconnection from the VPN is virtually incorrect.
Finally, automatic updates for Bitdefender products are enabled. A manual check was performed and pending updates successfully installed, but the problem persists.
The installed versions on my system (if that helps):
Bitdefender Antivirus plus v27.0.55.279 (latest upd: today)
Bitdefender VPN prem v27.2.3.8(b)
Bitdefender Safepay v30.0.28.109 — CEF v139.2.25.1 (latest upd: oct. 23)
In any case, we are waiting for the upgrade that will permanently fix the problem.
I upgraded to Premium Security Sept.26/25 that is the last date Safepay updated version 30.0.27.105 (CEF) 137.6.78.2 I see on the comment from PolarisX that there was an update on Oct 23/25 also my Premium VPN version is 27.2.6.2(b) Should I have an update? Also so far I have not received the 279 update my version is 27.0.54.272 so my question is why no updates, I am getting a bit concerned about security. Also VPN on Safepay does not turn on which I understand we are still waiting for a fix.
I tried to find how to check for any pending updates but can not find how to run a full update cycle as suggested, I did go into the Dash Board but do not see any options for updates, nor do I see the setting for- Start Safepay in isolated mode, would someone please tell me where to find these options or do I not the have the right security package.

There are pending updates that can be installed manually. Right-click on the Bitdefender tray icon (at the notification area at the right side of the Windows taskbar) and select "Update now." Wait for the Update to complete.
To enable "isolated mode" option, open the main Bitdefender window and from the "Privacy" tab, select the Safepay settings button. You will find it there in the settings.

To add here, the latest version of Bitdefender security solutions for Windows is 27.0.55.279, released on October 21, 2025 and you can find the release notes here:
If your build number differs, note that updates are being rolled out gradually. A prompt to restart Windows will appear once the update is fully available. To manually search for updates, here's an illustration for the instructions shared by PolarisX earlier on the thread, for reference:
Now, regarding this question: "why no updates, I am getting a bit concerned about security", can you check if any updates were attempted recently, in the Notifications tab in Bitdefender? If the software tried to update and failed, errors should be present in the 'Critical' tab of Notifications and these may reveal the root cause. If no update attempts or errors are present, simply try to update manually and see how it goes.

I have checked for pending updated by right clicking on the Bitdefender icon, I see no pending updates. 4 tasks are listed being - Full System Scan , Bitdefender, Unpin from Task Bar, Close Window which I assume is all I would see if there are no pending updates.
Safepay settings - I have three all of which are enabled, they are- Safepay Notifications, Automaticatly Open Bitdefender Safepay and Use Vpn with Safepay. nothing that says to enable isolation mode. Are these all that I should see?

I am providing detailed information to help you understand the options you need to follow.
The "tray icon" is located in the notification area at the right end of the taskbar, not in the pinned icon. (two first screenshots)
The "isolated mode" essentially corresponds to the second option (Automatically open Safepay in secure environment). I recommend enabling all three options for the safest use. (third screenshot)
The following information also clearly explains the "isolated mode" case.
