Upgrading to higher level security.

Good evening,

I am currently using Bitdefender Total Security which has a subscription that expires in December 2026. I would like to upgrade from total security to Premium to make use of extra features in particular the unlimited vpn. Is it possible to simply upgrade my current package to premium or would I need to wait for my subscription to end next year and then purchase the premium security?

Any help on this matter would be very much appreciated.

I think that your best option is to contact support, to see what they can do for you.

So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.

Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.

NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!
