I have had my cloud service for years, and now out of the blue I am getting consistent online threat notifications. I have added the application and URL paths to exceptions that the cloud service needs to access to in order to work properly and those are now getting blocked. I could not find any fix or explanations in the user guide or in the FAQs. I have contacted the cloud service and they verified that the app attempts to reach out to the reported URL when there are problems. I have no logs that can point me to the reason for the notifications for those already under the 'exemptions'.
Can anyone shed some light on this please?
