I have a full year Premium Security subscription account with an open VPN... 110 days have passed, leaving 255 days, but the account shows as closed and says it has expired. Please reactivate it.

I assume the expiration message is displayed on the Bitdefender UI. Have you tried the switch account option to re-enter your credentials? Best to contact Support, like this man said. ☝️
