I'm looking for a BitDefender Software Developer Partnership Program. From time to time our software gets detected as malicious and gets blocks. We cannot afford to wait 72 hours for the false positive detection workflow. This damages our company not only in the customers who are immediately affected (The intersection of our customers who are also BitDefender customers) but it also damages our reputation as a software development company.
I am looking for an API where I could submit my binaries associated with a BitDefender Software Developer Partnership Program prior to the release of my next version and remediate any false positives prior to release. The hope is that this reputation based system could prevent our binaries from being falsely detected as malicious going forwards.
