Why won’t the help when someone legit signs onto network

then somehow escalates their own privileges and takes away your ability to do dhit even with admin accoun, and laughably changes ur password so you can’t use bit defender but they can mark all ur private photos and work files and even windows files ad Trojan 3.5 wherever and quarantine it all…. I say there waiting for help

Your post isn't very clear. It sounds like you need account support but also that your PC was hacked. I would call the support line and take care of that problem and then work on getting logs from the PC to determine the offending malware and source.
