I accidentally added an anti virus plus subscription to my current central account which I already have total security on. The subscription was suppose to be added to my other central account. So I just brought another anti virus plus subscription and added it to the correct central account. I want a refund for the one on my first central account please. I have made a support ticket about this however I have not heard back. Do you have support staff working weekends? I can provide the support ticket number if its safe to do so here?
