I keep getting a message to say my PC is not protected. I try to update the protection, but it stalls. I then run an analysis and my PC tells me that Bitdefender is working. Any ideas?

Your device must not be correctly synced with bitdefender central, remove your device in central then go to the bitdefender app installed on your device and click on "my account" in the right top corner of the app, then click on change account and log back in.
