Bitdefender and malware warn that a suspicious connection is blocked (repeated), but could not find

Both Bitdefender (paid) and Malware (free) repeated indicate that a Suspicious Connection is Blocked, but a full scan showed no malware. Windows defender found MSIL/Malgent!AMTB and supposedly quarantined and deleted. I still get Suspicions Connection Blocked warnings. Am I infected or not?
