I submitted a support ticket and received a ticket number but I am cannot find a place where I can check the status of my ticket. I checked the Central portal but no luck.

To clarify, the Support tickets do not have a tracking function by default, however any progress can be viewed directly in your inbox, so whenever the Support representatives reply to you, you'll find their responses there. Allow between 24-48hrs for a response and make sure to check the spam/junk folders as well, because in rare cases their replies may accidentally end up there.

It has been a couple of days and I have also checked my spam/junk folder but there was no response that I have missed.
The ticket number is 1010660895. I would like to cancel my subscription but seems like they have already renewed my subscription and processed my payment, even though the subscription does not end till Nov 22, 2025.
I don't understand why they would process the payment till that date.
