Hi everyone,
I've reinstalled bitdefender total security and after reinstall my VPN was reverted back to the free version, I go to central in the subscription tab and click on the total security devices.
When clicking the "change device" button I don't have the option to change the VPN from standard to premium, I only have the options to either keep or remove the device.
I click on remove the device, I assumed it would only remove the VPN so I could then add it to the premium however it removed the total security as well.
I then logged back in to the bitdefender total security app and this then also upgraded the VPN from standard to premium.
Why is there not an option to change the standard VPN to premium while there is an option to change the premium to standard?
