Is Remini APK Premium 2025 Safe to Use on Android?

Hi everyone,

I recently found Remini APK Premium 2025 a modded version of the AI photo enhancer with all features unlocked. Before installing, I wanted to ask: can such modified APKs contain hidden malware or trackers that Bitdefender might detect?

Has anyone tested similar apps or checked their permissions for security risks?

So, BD Mobile Security for Android scans the apps installed and updated on your phone (file type: apk), no matter if they are downloaded from Google Play Store or any other source.

First, i downloaded the file "Remini-MOD-APK-v3.9.5.apk" on my laptop, uploaded the file to VirusTotal and here is the result:

BitDefenderFalx detected the file as "Android.Riskware.TestKey.rA", Symantec Mobile Insight detected the file as "AdLibrary:Generisk" and all other vendors marked the file as clean.

Next, i downloaded the file "Remini-MOD-APK-v3.9.5.apk" on my Android phone, installed the app on my phone and few moments later i got an alert from BD Mobile Security:

So, if i were you, i would stay away from dowloading and installing the app.
