how to renew subscription

I have a new windows 11 PC but the Bitdefender didnt migrate from my old machine. An email told me I have 12 days left and I should renew, but when I go into BD the buy is greyed out and unresponsive. I have Downloaded a new version onto my new machine and it has performed the scans but I still cannot buy the program. Can anyone help please.

Hello,

It sounds like you are using a trial version on the new Windows 11 device. But then again, there should be the option to buy there as well. Access your Central account here and check what is the status of your subscription, if it's still valid and if you can find any offers available there. Make sure to also remove the previous installation, to free a slot.

Once you've established what the current status is, open Bitdefender on your new device and click the account icon in the top right corner of the interface. There, click the Switch Account buttont and re-enter your Central account credentials. This way, the software will sync with the subscription and you should be able to use the remaining validity on the new device, and also renew. If you still can't find the buy button, then go to the Bitdefender renewal page to check the latest discounts available.
