Yesterday, an icon appeared on my win11 desktop labeled 'bd_config.cfg.' This appears to be some type of shortcut as there is a check mark inside a circle at the lower left of the icon. I tried deleting this, also moving it to the recycle bin. I cannot remove it from the desktop. When I restart Windows this item re-appears on my desktop. When I review the item's properties the file location is reported as, C:\Users\ [my user name] \OneDrive\Desktop. My other Win11 PCs are not doing this. Questions:
- Where does this file belong ?
- What has caused this ?
- How do I remove/delete this permanently from the windows desktop ?
