Bitdefender reverted to a free version randomly today?

I tried using my VPN today and randomly bitdefender reverted me back into the free version despite owning total security package. The whole reason I switched from Norton to bitdefender total security was due to it allowing an unlimited use of VPN like Norton does but now it's changed mine to the free version. Is there a fix for this?
