Is it possibile to have two mobile phones for two-factor authentication.
Or, is it possibile to have one mobile phone and one TOTP app on PC such as authy.com ? Thanks
Hello,
If you are referring to Bitdefender Central, this is only possible through a single application (regardless of which device it is installed on) or via email. It is not possible to do 2FA through 2 different methods at the same time.

Thanks.
Yes, Bitdefender Central.
OK, How to change current mobile method to email method. Thanks

Hello again.
Just to add here, Authy Desktop apps for Linux, macOS and Windows are no longer available:
https://help.twilio.com/articles/22771146070299-User-guide-End-of-Life-EOL-for-Twilio-Authy-Desktop-app
At this time, only mobile apps (Android and iOS) are available.
Finally, you can use the Authy app on multiple devices, by using the multi-device feature.
You can find more info here:
https://help.twilio.com/articles/19753646900379-Enable-or-Disable-Authy-Multi-Device
Just to mention that i'm a long time Authy user and never had any issues with using 2-Factor Authentication not only on BD Central, but also on other websites, like: TeamViewer, Microsoft, HP, Mozilla, Zoom, Facebook, etc.
I'm sorry, @Alexandru_BD now I realize I am using Gravityzone, not Central. Any changes? Thanks
I moved the post to the correct category Enterprise Security.
Maybe @Andrei_S Enterprise can answer your question.
Hello @Clanius Consulting ,
Yes, you can have 2FA on two mobile phones if you scan the same QR code.
Kind Regards,
Andrei
