I have submitted a ticket on Monday 17.11 regarding the auto renewal of the subscription which I cannot afford currently.
Until today I have not received a reply and the request is urgent for me.
The ticket number is 1010688623.
Kindly see to it as soon as possible, I would like the refund to be issued immediately.
it’s extra frustrating that the only way to check the status of my ticket and remind the “service” team to reply my request is via a forum. This is not a very good practice for such an expensive service.
I could afford the pricing at the discounted price during 2024 sale, but not the increased new price that I was forced to pay without my further warning and acceptance.
Once more I am kindly requesting to see my ticket request and proceed to immediate issuing of the refund. I am in need of the money at this instant.
