It is now 3 days later and still no response from Bitdefender on a refund. I have also rang them today to be told someone was on my chase and should have a response soon. Hours later and the day almost over and nothing. When I brought my new key I used a new card that was attached days later to my old subscription without consent and a 119.99 payment was taken.
