I tried submitting a false positive via the form at -

When I click Submit, nothing happens.
Can anyone help?

The form is working fine, 5 minutes ago i successfully submitted an URL as false negative.
Maybe you have some anti-tracking extensions enabled while subnitting, like: Bitdefender Anti-Tracker, uBlock Origin etc. and that is causing the issue.

I tried in private mode. Same thing. Are you supposed to receive confirmation that the file has been uploaded?

I got one file to work seemingly, but on the second one, I keep getting the error "Missing file attachment".
The file is only 5 MB.

If the consumer submission link for sharing a false positive sample with Bitdefender malware researchers is not working properly, kindly use the business/enterprise submission link provided below. In both cases, the sample will reach the same Bitdefender Malware Research Department.

In the drop-down menu of the Product section, select Bitdefender GravityZone Business Security, and in the Description box, describe your query while specifying the Bitdefender consumer product you are using.
Upon checking, the consumer submission link for sharing samples with Bitdefender malware researchers is now working perfectly. Below is an image illustrating this.

The link worked fine last time I've checked. In any case, if it doesn't work for some reason, you can always use the one for enterprise solutions, like Flexx suggested, or simply contact Bitdefender Support and they will provide an alternative, if necessary. It could have something to do with cloudflare.
