No way to activate the Bitdefender VPN app on a Google tv streamer ?

Hello,

No problem to install "officially" the Bitdefender VPN app on the Google tv streamer

But... when you launch the app and try to sign in, you are not able to fill in your email adress. No access to the email field.

I have tried using the Google streamer remote control and the Google home app keyboard function from my smartphone or tablet...impossible to key in any character in the bitdefender sign in field.

Any turnaround to this ennoying bug ?

Hi! This is a known issue with some VPN apps on Google TV where the sign-in field isn’t accessible via the remote or virtual keyboard. Workarounds include:

Use a USB or Bluetooth keyboard connected to the Google TV.

Contact Bitdefender support — they sometimes provide a direct activation link for Google TV devices.
