How do i move a device from one subscription to another?

I have BD total security (5 licence) on 5 devices. I also have BD Premium security Plus (10 licence) on a different 5 devices, so I have 5 spare seats on premium. (see pics) I want to cancel the 5 licence 'Total security' and put all devices on the 10 licence 'Premium security plus'. The instructions say to go to 'manage devices' and then 'change' and I will be presented with three options, one of which is 'Change Allocation'.

However I only get two options, 'keep current…' and 'Remove protection…' no 'Change allocation'. (This is the same whether I choose a device already on Total or Premium.)

How can I do what I want and get rid of the total and put everything on premium?

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).

So, in your case, i think that your best option is to contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

That's not entirely true as I have access to it as well.

I may have misled the forum. It was not my intention to ask you to do anything. That of course would be done by contacting BD support.

My question was really that every article I have seen, including ones posted here, say that I can manage my subscriptions via my dashboard. However, they show screenshots of the 'manage devices' ! 'change' screen that differs from what I see. I was hoping someone else had seen this as well and knew how to get round it.
