Hi! I purchased a subscription, but after making the payment on your page I didn't receive a confirmation message. It kept asking me to enter the payment details again, so I assumed the payment hadn't been processed. The money wasn't withdrawn for the transaction in the bank's app either. So I purchased the subscription again, and it happened that I didn't receive a confirmation message again. But a few minutes after the first payment I received an email and I discovered that I had purchased two Bitdefender subscriptions. I sent a ticket for a refund for the second subscription. A few days passed and I only received two emails, one confirming that the request had been sent and one notifying me that it would take a while before I received a response. Are the 24-48 hours wait times only for business days?
