I currently have an active Bitdefender Total Security subscription that expires on 27 December. On 3 December, I purchased the same Bitdefender Total Security subscription with the intention of extending my existing subscription period.
However, after activating the new code, my Bitdefender Central account shows the new renewal date as 3 December, instead of extending the original expiry date of 27 December. In practice, it replaced the remaining days instead of adding them to the existing subscription.
Could someone please assist me in resolving this? I would like the new subscription to be applied as an extension of my active license, not as a reset.
