I bought Bitdefender Ultimate edition but I see on user interface I have Total Security edition

Good day

i have bought bitdefender utlimate edition but on user interce on windows or my phone i get total edition.

Please note that i bought it from offical bitdefender website
If possible send me offical email for custmorer service or chat web page if possible

On your Bitdefender product dashboard, you will see Bitdefender Total Security, but you will receive the features of Bitdefender Ultimate Security. This is because Bitdefender main consumer product line is limited to Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, Bitdefender Internet Security, and Bitdefender Total Security. If you purchase any Bitdefender product that is higher than Bitdefender Total Security, the additional features will be enabled within Bitdefender Total Security.

I am a Bitdefender Ultimate Security Plus user (the highest-level product in the Bitdefender consumer product line), but I still see Bitdefender Total Security on my Bitdefender product dashboard with Bitdefender Ultimate Security features enabled. This is the default way Bitdefender consumer products work.

I see @Flexx tried to explain this, but maybe not with the most fortunate choice of words - main consumer product line is limited 😄

In short, simple terms, the core antivirus is still Total Security. It is the most advanced and commonly used Bitdefender product, and the UI will reflect this for all plans (apart from Internet Security, Antivirus Plus or other standalone products). Essentially, Ultimate Security is a package with multiple components, where Total Security is the antivirus. It also features unlimited VPN for private browsing, password manager and digital identity protection, but the antivirus is still Total Security. However, in your Central account, under the "My Subscriptions" tab, you'll notice "Ultimate Security" displayed instead of Total Security, and this confirms that you are using that plan.
