After I installed an anti-virus product, I found I could not use 75% of the Internet or even access Bitdefender's user guide! So I uninstalled it and requested a refund. This was six days ago now and I see from other threads I should have had a response within 72 hours max and probably sooner. Even if you only count working days, the 72 hours still expired yesterday. This is worrying. How long does it normally take to get refunds or responses?
