I recently purchased Bitdefender for my Mac and mobile devices. Shortly after installing it, I began experiencing intermittent internet loss on my mobile devices. Within a few days, I lost internet access completely. My Wi‑Fi signal showed full strength, yet I had no connectivity. It didn’t occur to me at first that the VPN might be the cause.
After consulting AI tools and researching online, I learned that Bitdefender’s VPN is known to cause issues on mobile devices. Had I known this earlier, I would have stayed with TotalAV.
I no longer wish to use Bitdefender. I purchased it on 12/18/2025 (8 days ago), and I am requesting a full refund of $85.29. Finding a cancellation link has been extremely difficult, and I do not appreciate being sent in circles. Please process a full refund, and I would appreciate hearing from someone at Bitdefender to confirm this request.
