I recently installed BitDefender Total Security on my Windows 11 desktop and haven't been able to access my Epson ST-C2100 printer/scanner via wifi. When I try to disable the BitDefender Firewall on the application's Protection screen it asks for a password to allow the action. I've entered the password I use to access the product but the prompt says "a password is required in order to finish this operation". Can you tell me which password is being requested and if it's not the password used to open the application then where do I set the appropriate password to allow me to disable the firewall?
