I installed Bitdefender gravityzone and it now takes a full 3 minutes after logging in before I can connect to the network or internet is that normal? before the install it let me connect in seconds

No, it's not normal and we need to investigate this with the Enterprise Support Team. I was able to find the case that was opened for the voicemail that you left and the support engineer already replied to you on Jan 15th with the next steps. Please check your email. Usually this issue can happen if there are some interference with other firewall or network filtering solutions. It's difficult to say without proper logs.
