I have had the password manager for at least a year now, and it works fine on my phone and iPad.
My Windows PC computer recently updated, and I keep trying to log into the password manager from Chrome, but it spins. I tried deleting my cache and cookies, I reinstalled the extension, and I rebooted my computer. Finally one time it showed:
Error 504There's no active subscription for Bitdefender Password Manager. Go to Bitdefender Central to activate one and enjoy the freedom of not having to manage passwords yourself.
This is patently not true as I have an active subscription. How can I fix this problem? Is there any other way to get to my passwords on my laptop?
