PM stopped working after recent update

I had a recent update to bitdefender where it installed the update and restarted. Didn't notice any issues until today.

Turned my computer on and the system tray icon was gone and so was the security widget. that has happened before, I had to reboot the computer and turn them back on and it is fine now.

However, PM, when I open FireFox, keeps asking me to create a master password. I was worried my info maybe got deleted (where is this saved on my computer so I can make a backup copy???), so I tried rebooting, but it was still asking me for a new master password. So I tried inputting one, hoping my PM would come back. It just thought for about a minute, then says it had an error 504 and to contact support, and asked me to create a master password again.

I have Windows 11.

Anyone else having this issue?

I'm having the same issue. Was fine yesterday and now it wants me to setup a new master password rather than logging into the existing one. Clicking login takes me to a loading screen that eventually asks me to create a new password again.

Yes, same for me. Can't get to my passwords in Password Manager. My subscription just renewed for another year recently too. Please let us know what's going on. Is there a server down somewhere?

Ditto. Now locked out of anything where I used the long random password generator, which is most stuff. My computer is now a warm and expensive brick.

Update: Bitdefender seems to have repaired this issue. It is functioning again.
