Bitdefender central showing wrong number of devices

Good day. I have 5 devices under my subscription and only 3 currently installed. I had a HD crash and had reinstall Windows. Under 'my devices' I removed 2 unused devices, 1 of them being the crashed HD computer, but the system isn't updating and still shows that I am at my subscription maximum. I don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated. Clicking 'add device' only shows options for vpn and parental controls.
