VPN is blocking access to a website

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where the VPN is blocking access to an internal site for no apparent reason. I have to disable the VPN in order to establish a connection. Could you please look into this? I use Bitdefender Total Security. Please tell me what can I do ?
