Bitdefender Central for Android won't switch to business space

Hey there! I'm new here.

I have a small business ultimate plan and can log into my business space on my Android's bitdefender security app on my phone just fine, but when I launch the Android bitdefender central app to monitor all my business devices I see no option to switch to my business space, and it thinks I only have a Bitdefender Total Security individual plan.

I'm probably pressing a button wrong somewhere.

Help?

Thank you for your reply. As I stated in my original question, that article is for the Bitdefender Security app—which works just fine on my phone, and happily uses the Business Space account, but does not show me the status of any other computer in my account—and the article does not apply to the Bitdefender Central app that is supposed to be for monitoring all the other computers in my account.

What I want, is to switch to Business Space within the Bitdefender Central app, not the Bitdefender Security app.

Any other ideas?

Thank you for your reply. You are describing a solution for the bitdefender website, which works fine, not for the Bitdefender Central android app, which is what I'm asking about.

Yeah, i know that, i just wanted to point it out to @Alexandru_BD, who works for Bitdefender, so he can better understand the issue.

Anyway, like i already suggested, you should contact Bitdefender Support.

There's probably a sync issue there. But we don't have access to your Central account, hence the recommendation to get in touch with the Support teams, so they can investigate accordingly. We can provide switch account instructions, install steps, basic troubleshooting and various information about Bitdefender services, but that's as far as our help goes, since we cannot see what's actually going on in your account.
