I need assistance on being redirected while using all programs. Every time I select an option I am redirected to a completely different page. I have run full scan and it still does it.
I have Windows 11 and I use Edge as my browser.

This suggests adware, like Gjoski said above, or even a browser hijacker, although there's insufficient information to know for sure. But I also think it has to do with the browser and not your system.

That's because the redirect is not caused by malware residing on your PC, it has to do with adware or a browser extension/hijacker located in your actual browser and while the antivirus can protect you from landing on harmful pages, it cannot alter your browser's settings and extensions, so if you downloaded any unwanted extension that was bundled with another program and this is causing the unwanted redirect, or it has set your browser homepage by default to an unwanted site, then this must be fixed in browser settings and a reset usually does the trick. Removing any unwanted extensions may help.
